INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

&art director

From compliance training to system training, Marisabel drives creativity and innovation.  She takes the time to understand training needs and which approach can benefit users the most.  Developing something new and impactful will always be the goal, as well as ensuring knowledge retention, putting the focus on a training approach that covers all types of learners.

Critical and strategic thinking, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit and experience, offers a great perspective on her flexible and accountable leadership.  These same principles apply to the robust systems she designs, how she manages organizational changes, and cultivates high-performance teams.

Her attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at once ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. With a highly technical and system oriented mind, she is able to quickly synthesize information in both English and Spanish.  Her knowledge and experience in online learning brings a very confident, comfortable and capable approach as shown in the results of many surveys and assessments perform on her training.

Passion for what she does is also reflected in her ability to adapt content based on audience and/or situation while still maintaining excellence in her writing and visuals when creating online courses, mobile courses, micro-learning series, and converting classrooms or blended courses into online experiences.

She enjoys working in a hands on fashion with a variety of learning management systems, learning technology platforms, and content management systems.  She is also very capable of managing instructional designers working with content authoring programs such as Adobe Captivate,  Storyline, Camtasia, Lectora, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and In-design.

Her strong project management skills allow her to estimate level of effort and timelines with the right skills and capacity to execute projects superbly and her knowledge of streaming audio and video, mobile applications, social media and other Web 2.0 tools are a perfect compliment to be applied to the Instructional Design experiences.
